Areas of Research Interest:

Culturally-appropriate community interventions to promote cancer early detection examinations, cultural and language factors in the interactions between physicians and Latino patients, the quality of the interpersonal aspects of health care in diverse populations, and the adequacy of health-related measures for use with low SES and ethnically diverse populations.
